Ordered some clothes for a teenager and a nearly teen - clothes are nice enough, both children are happy with the clothes. The only problem is that the pair of gloves arrived with the security tag still attached. Ordinarily, I'd go into the shop (with my receipt) and ask them to deal with the tag. Sadly, can't do that as the country is still in lockdown. The gloves are unusable at the moment, and it's a bit of a palaver just sending a pair of gloves back. Please remove security tags before posting items to customers.
Got sent a pair of shoes in 2 different sized feet. When I asked for them to check if the right sized foot was in the other packet, my request was ignored and instead a refund was issued with no team responding to my email.

Great company I order from them often and I’m never let down
Ordered from here a few months ago and never wrote a review. My order came within a few days of ordering and especially during Covid! Excellent service and the package came in great condition.
I bought these for my son's birthday. They are very nice comfortable trainers in lovely colours and he loves them. Highly recommend.

The shoes are very good and very comfortable however they took a month to arrive which isn't great as they said 7 days.
